About The Instructor

Laili Brooks is a freelance Group Exercise and Gym Instructor, Fitness Pilates Instructor, Dance Teacher, Choreographer, and Personal Trainer, working full time in the fitness industry.

She has been dancing since the age of 8, and has an aptitude for versatility, with experience and prowess in a broad range of dance styles.  A passion and natural ability for all sports as a youth led her to a career in the fitness industry, in which she now has nearly 30 years of experience, successfully running her own classes / businesses, plus gaining an unparalleled reputation in Private Members Clubs and Council run Leisure Centres throughout North Bristol.

She is well known and respected for her skills in designing (and delivering well) complex and highly choreographed dance, aerobic and step routines; and also for her diversity, plus ability to teach a wide range of different genres and also levels of capabilities, from beginners to advanced.
The last decade has seen her move into exploring Pilates techniques, Personal Training, and classes for the older adult.
Her infectious enthusiasm, boundless energy, friendly and approachable demeanour, and 100% professionalism, have ensured her success and popularity wherever she teaches.
